Busy!

I just looked around my house and sighed. It’s a bit of a mess at the moment. The floors need swept, and the counters in the kitchen wiped off. There are two loads of folded laundry in the living room waiting to be put away. Crayons, stencils, and paper on the floor in the “school area.” I’m in the process of working on it, but felt a bit lazy or something.

And then I thought about what I’ve done today: worked at my 2 bookkeeping jobs, went to the grocery store with the girls, homeschool with the girls, plus all the other things a mom does in the day (meals, cleaning up, monitoring, etc. etc. etc.)

Sometimes I just have to look at what I’m doing and go a little easier on myself. This is one of those days.
